Bring Your Dad to School Day: An event that gets fathers into the classroom and allows them to see what their children do on an everyday basis in school.
When: Start of the school day
What May Happen: Dads eat breakfast with kids, visit the classroom for about 45 minutes, talk about what they observed, why they observed it and how they can help their children. Fathers also engage in an icebreaker activity and provide personal information to the teacher for future follow-up.
This event is brought to you through our partnership with Strong Fathers, Strong Families and provides an avenue for dads to become involved at the school.
