WHAT IS STAR SPANGLED PTA?
Star Spangled PTA is a unique PTA chartered by the Texas Parent Teacher Association (PTA). The PTA expands the access of PTA membership to those who may have little or no contact with a Local PTA.

Membership is for everyone! Joining Star Spangled PTA shows your support for all children and for Texas PTA. As a member, you can speak out, inform and educate others about issues related to the education, health, safety and welfare of children.

Star Spangled members meet once each year at the Texas PTA state convention.

MEMBERSHIP
Membership is only $10.00. Simply call the Texas PTA Office at 1.800.TALK.PTA and ask for a form. Each Star Spangled member will receive a membership card.

Membership in Star Spangled PTA also affords you access to the following services:

• membership in the Austin Teachers Federal Credit Union
• knowledge of workshops, leadership training sessions, projects and forums
