Men Matter in the School Community

Watch DOGS Founder, Eric Snow, and All Pro Dad’s, Keith Schmacher share their years of experience focusing on getting men involved in the school community.  Both became passionate about male engagement on campus when they realized it was sadly lacking at the elementary schools that their now grown children attended. Eric has presented at more than 300 educational conferences as well as been featured in TV and print media across the country. He has served on the National PTA Board as well as Kansas State PTA.

Keith spent nearly 40 years caring for children as a firefighter/paramedic before serving as a school chapter specialist with the All Pro Dad Chapters program of Family First, Inc., supporting  schools in launching family engagement programs that are inclusive and welcoming to fathers and father-figures.
