Booth Applications Will Open in January! 

 

Please take a moment to glance at our prospectus before you register.

  1. Read the 2025 Prospectus Packet here to get a sense of what you can expect at LAUNCH! It contains information on options, pricing, deadlines, and much more. The 2026 Prospectus will be available in January!

  2. Exhibit Hall Floor Plan Map (Available in January) Booths will be assigned in the order of paid applications received. 

  3. The room block access link will be provided in your booth application confirmation email.

    Nightly Room Rates:
    Standard room Single/Double Occupancy $215.00
    Standard room Triple/Quad Occupancy $235.00
    *The room block deadline is June 16. Space is limited, and we are not able to expand the block.

    Parking Rates:
    Discounted Self-Parking Daily Rate $17.00

  4. Prior to LAUNCH, Freeman will reach out with ordering information for electricity, furniture, and decorating your booth. (Links available in Spring)

While applications are accepted as long as space is available, they should be submitted by June 1 to take full advantage of the benefits we offer. Many sponsorships and booth selections are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so don't wait!
