Build Community Through Engagement
Strengthen your PTA by hosting a family engagement event that brings families together and have a membership increase by May 31, 2026. Create meaningful connections that inspire families to join your PTA community.
You can use the Local PTA Roster to track your PTA's progress throughout the school year.
To earn this award and leave your legacy, please ensure your membership rosters are received and that you've completed this short form by May 31st, 2026.
Double Up Difference Makers: Our 2026 Straight Talk Challenge
We’re excited to offer special award opportunities for Local PTAs and Councils that engage families and grow membership during Straight Talk season.
For Local PTAs
Local PTAs can earn the Double Up Difference Maker Award by meeting the following February membership goals:
- Earn the XOXO Award by recruiting and uploading 14 members
- Recruit 14 more members for 28 total new members by February 28th
For Councils
Councils can earn entries into a prize drawing based on local PTA participation. Each Council Earns:
- 1 entry for every Local PTA that earns the XOXO Award
- 1 additional entry for every Local PTA that earns the Double Up Difference Maker Award
- 1 entry for uploading a current Council Roster to Texas PTA
We’ll draw 4 Local PTAs, and each will receive 2 LAUNCH registrations (8 total registrations). We’ll also draw 1 Council to receive a 2-night suite at LAUNCH.Membership Awards

A community member can be extended family members, business partners, alumni, etc. These would be members who have a invested interest in your PTA succeeding but may not have a student of their own at your campus. Has your PTA recruited at least 15 Community members?! Then your PTA qualifies for the Community Membership Award! |
