Texas PTA's Outstanding Program Engagement Award
PTA’s mission is to make every child’s potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children.
The Texas PTA Outstanding Program Engagement Award recognizes Local PTAs that provide a variety of quality programs throughout the school year, fostering family engagement, student growth, and strong school community partnerships. This award celebrates PTAs that go beyond a single initiative. They are offering multiple opportunities for families to connect, advocate, learn, and thrive together.
Every Local and Council PTA that has offered a minimum of 3 programs during the current school year will receive a digital badge. One Local and Council PTA will be selected as the Outstanding Program Engagement Award winners and will be recognized at LAUNCH.
This award application will be open from March 1 through May 15th.

- Tell your story - Include short anecdotes or quotes that illustrate your PTA’s impact and highlight any collaboration with students, families, teachers, and administrators.
- Use numbers - Attendance, survey percentages, volunteer growth, and describe how your programs reflect diverse voices and perspectives.
- Show growth - Even if your PTA is not yet in the "Transforming" level for all categories, highlight progress.
