Available LAUNCH Grants!

Texas PTA is excited to offer a complimentary registration to our valued PTA campus administrators!

We are pleased to offer a complimentary registration as a token of our appreciation for the valuable support you extend to the PTA at your school. We recognize that without the active participation of our school administrators, our goal of unlocking every child's potential would remain out of reach.

This complimentary administrator registration is subject to confirmation that PTA leaders from your campus will be present at LAUNCH. To take advantage of this special opportunity, please complete our LAUNCH Admin Registration Grant Application. Following your application, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed registration guidelines and a discount code.

Texas PTA provides funds to assist qualifying Local and/or Council PTAs with LAUNCH expenses.

All Financial Assistance Applications must be completed no later than May 15. PTAs awarded assistance within the past two years may not be eligible. To apply for this special assistance, please complete our LAUNCH Financial Assistance Application.

*All applicants will be notified by Texas PTA of possible grants by June 1. Do not register for LAUNCH until you have received written notification. Registrations received prior to that notification date will not be refunded nor credited towards any assistance that may be awarded.

Are you a newly chartered PTA?!

Welcome to the PTA family! All new PTAs chartered after July 23, 2023, are eligible to receive a grant for two FREE LAUNCH registrations. Please complete our New PTA LAUNCH Registration Grant to take part in our largest training event of the year!

* Following your application, you will receive a confirmation email containing the registration instructions and discount code. Only one representative from each newly chartered PTA should submit this form to receive the complimentary registrations. We encourage you to register more than just two people to LAUNCH! Each of your board members can use this valuable training opportunity.
