The PTA Leader tasked with recruiting members plays an important role in the success of the PTA because a growing and engaged membership is the lifeblood of any PTA, and is the foundation of achieving our mission to make every child's potential a reality.

Submitting Members to Texas PTA

PTAs recruit members in a variety of ways -, direct outreach at campus events, classroom communications and unique online opportunities.  The information below will help ensure each PTA member is recorded with Texas PTA and added to our voice for kids!

NOTE: Entering new members in PT-Avenue does not automatically submit that information to Texas PTA.  A printed roster and check must be submitted by mail to the Texas PTA State Office.

Share Your Success

One of the most valuable benefits of PTA is that our Leaders are part of a larger community who have the opportunity to network and share with one another.  We know that PTAs across Texas are doing great things and we want to hear about each and every one of them! Submit your success story and be the Talk of Texas!
